一、最近看到Joseph S. Nye於2013年4月29日的新作，題目為《What China and Russia Don’t Get about Soft Power》。令我想到Nye在2005年的另一篇文章，題目為《The Rise of China's Soft Power》。

 

二、臺灣也一直在講軟實力，我把兩篇文章的連結都放上來，請同學看看，想想為什麼Nye對中國取得軟實力（soft power）觀點會由正面趨向於負面。
